Pilot Agreement

Short version: You're testing A2RAG in a private beta. Keep non-public details confidential. You own your data. We learn from your feedback. Either party can end the pilot at any time.

1. Parties

This agreement is between Stav Vaknin, doing business as A2RAG ("A2RAG", "we") and the individual or company that submitted the pilot application ("you", "Pilot Participant").

By using your pilot API key, you accept these terms. A written "I agree" reply to your onboarding email also constitutes acceptance.

2. What This Is

You are participating in a closed private beta of A2RAG — a statistical decision layer for RAG systems. This is an experimental service. It may contain bugs, behave unexpectedly, or change without notice.

A2RAG is a statistical model. Decisions may be incorrect. You are responsible for validating A2RAG's output before acting on it in production.

3. Confidentiality

During the pilot and for 12 months after, please keep the following confidential:

Internal accuracy metrics and benchmark results shared with you
Unreleased features, API changes, or product roadmap details
Pricing, business terms, or commercial discussions
Any non-public information we share during onboarding or support

This does not restrict you from:

Discussing your own experience using A2RAG publicly
Sharing general feedback or impressions ("I tried A2RAG, here's what I think")
Publishing code you wrote that uses the A2RAG SDK
Telling colleagues you are participating in the beta

4. Your Data

You own your data. A2RAG does not store query content, retrieved documents, or generated answers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Optional: Anonymous decision metadata (action, confidence, latency — no content) may be shared to improve the model if you consent at signup. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected].

5. Feedback

We may ask you for feedback during the pilot. Any feedback you provide may be used to improve A2RAG. We will not attribute feedback to you or your company without permission.

6. Pilot API Key

Your key is for your own use only — do not share or publish it
Usage limits: as specified in your onboarding email
Expiry: 60 days from issue (extendable by request)
We may revoke keys that violate these terms

7. No Warranty / No SLA

The pilot service is provided as-is with no uptime guarantee or SLA. We will try to maintain availability but make no promises. This is experimental software.

8. No Liability

A2RAG is not liable for decisions made by your system based on A2RAG output. You are responsible for testing and validating before production use.

9. Duration & Termination

The pilot runs for the duration specified in your onboarding email (default: 60 days). Either party may end participation at any time by email with no obligations. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for 12 months.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction.
